Meet the Owners!
JENN ANDERSON, MD & JOHN MARK BOUCHILLON, MD
Dr. John Mark Bouchillon and Dr. Jenn Anderson are the husband and wife owners of Castle Rock Pediatrics. They met in a way less entertaining version of Grey’s Anatomy: Jenn was John Mark’s medical student while he was a resident physician working in the neonatal ICU. They completed their training together and were relocated to Colorado by way of the Air Force.
They took over as owner of CRP in the fall of 2021 and are so thrilled to be a part of the Castle Rock community. They have two beautiful daughters who are 1 and 3 years old who are the lights of their lives.

Vaccines
At Castle Rock Pediatrics, we adhere to the vaccine schedule recommended by the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics because we believe in protecting the health and future of your children. We're here to discuss any concerns and provide the safest care for your little ones.

Antibiotics
Our commitment to your child’s health includes the careful use of antibiotics. We educate on the appropriate instances for antibiotic use, aligning with evidence-based guidelines to avoid unnecessary treatments. For the safety and accuracy of care, antibiotics are prescribed only after an in-person evaluation in our office.
After Hours
To serve you better, we offer flexible scheduling, including Saturday appointments for those busy during the week. Please review our office hours to find times that best fit your schedule.
Our commitment to your child's health is continual. For urgent after-hours needs, our on-call provider system ensures you have access to advice and care 24/7. For less urgent concerns, you can message our team easily through MyChart, our patient portal.

Insurance, Billing, & Fees
Navigating insurance can be complex; we accept most plans, including Medicaid and Tricare. We encourage you to verify our clinic is in network with your individual plan prior to your first appointment. While we strive to assist with billing inquiries, contacting your insurer directly with specific questions can be most effective.
Insurance copays are due at the time of service. If arrangements need to be made, our billing department is here to work with you on a payment plan, ensuring transparency and understanding in all billing matters.

Timeliness & Missed Appointments
We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure we can provide the best care without delays. While we understand unforeseen circumstances, late arrivals may require rescheduling. Recurring missed appointments may lead to dismissal from the practice. Your cooperation helps us maintain a smooth and efficient environment for all of our families.

This is a 15-minute meet-and-greet, where a provider will sit with you and answer any questions you may have about our practice.
