John Mark Bouchillon

Dr. John Mark Bouchillon is originally from a small town in East Tennessee. He went to college and medical school at the University of Tennessee. He attended his pediatric residency at the University of Alabama where he met his darling wife (Dr. A!). After his pediatric training he completed a chief residency year. Following that, he moved to Colorado Springs in the summer of 2019 so he could complete an active-duty assignment in the Air Force as a general pediatrician. He separated from the Air Force in 2022 and moved to Castle Rock in spring of 2022 when he started to work at CRP.
John Mark especially enjoys relating to parents through the beautiful struggle that is parenting. He speaks Spanish and he is passionate about inclusive medicine where all patients can have a great pediatric experience, regardless of the language they speak. John Mark loves all sports; he wears obnoxious bright orange from time to time as a fan of the University of Tennessee.

Meet the Owners!
Jenn Anderson, MD &
John Mark Bouchillon, MD
Dr. John Mark Bouchillon and Dr. Jenn Anderson are the husband and wife owners of Castle Rock Pediatrics. They met in a way less entertaining version of Grey’s Anatomy: Jenn was John Mark’s medical student while he was a resident physician working in the neonatal ICU. They completed their training together and were relocated to Colorado by way of the Air Force.
They took over as owner of CRP in the fall of 2021 and are so thrilled to be a part of the Castle Rock community. They have two beautiful daughters who are 1 and 3 years old who are the lights of their lives.
